This is a 1 Night 2 Days Camping in Panauti program designed for students in Grade 4 and above. The program offers an immersive blend of outdoor adventure and cultural exploration, centered around the heritage of Panauti village.
Cultural Immersion: A guided hike to Panauti village to learn about its history, heritage, and culture.
Resort Camping: Accommodation involves setting up a camp within a resort setting.
Experiential Education: Participation in experiential learning games and fun activities designed for student development.
Evening Celebration: A traditional bonfire session featuring songs and dance.
Day 1
- 08:30 AM: Students assemble at school to board the bus for a 1–2 hour drive to Panauti.
- Morning: Arrival at the resort to set up the campsite.
- 12:30 PM: Lunch is served.
- Afternoon: Hike to Panauti village for cultural and historical learning, returning by 04:30 PM for snacks.
- Late Afternoon: Engagement in experiential learning games and activities.
- 07:30 PM: Dinner served alongside a bonfire with music and dancing.
Day 2
- 07:00 AM: Wake up call.
- 08:00 AM: Breakfast session.
- Morning: A hike around the campsite area coupled with games and learning activities.
- 12:30 PM: Return to the campsite for lunch.
- Afternoon: Board the vehicle to head back to school, with an expected arrival between 03:30 PM and 04:00 PM.
Includes
- Accommodation: 1 night stay in tents on a triple sharing basis, including sleeping bags.
- Transport: Round-trip transportation from the school to Panauti.
