This 7-day program combines an exciting exploration of Malaysia’s iconic destinations with participation in the prestigious TMP World Summit. Day 1: Tuesday, June 30, 2026 – Arrival & Transfer to Malacca

Day 2: Wednesday, July 1, 2026 – Malacca Heritage Tour & Coastal Escape to Port Dickson

Inclusions

  • Accommodation: 6 nights in 3-star or equivalent hotels on a double-sharing basis (Malacca: 1 night, Port Dickson: 1 night, Kuala Lumpur: 4 nights).
  • Meals: Daily breakfast (6), lunches as per itinerary, and dinners (6).
  • Transportation: All airport and sightseeing transfers in a private, air-conditioned coach.
  • Flights: Round-trip airfare as per the itinerary:
    • Arrival: Himalayan Airlines (arriving at 17:35 on Day 1)
    • Departure: Batik Air (departing at 13:35 on Day 7)
  • Sightseeing & Entrance Fees: All entrance fees for included attractions (Malacca City Tour, Sunway Lagoon, Aquaria KLCC, etc.).
  • Competition Fees: Entrance fees for the TMP World Summit (Science Olympiad, Abacus Olympiad, and Award Ceremony).
  • Guide: An experienced, English-speaking guide for the duration of the tour.
  • Water: 500ml bottled water per person per day.
  • Special Arrangements: Use of washroom/shower facilities for beach activities in Port Dickson; a cash lunch allowance (30 MYR) for students on Day 3 at Sunway Lagoon.

Laptop/Devices: Students are required to bring their own laptop for the Abacus Olympiad (per the guidebook).

Travel Insurance: Highly recommended for medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and lost luggage.

Visa Fees: Any applicable visa fees for entry into Malaysia (Nepali passport holders should verify visa requirements prior to travel).
